Aidan Tonge

Aidan joined FIL in August 2026 as an Associate Product Manager. Having previously worked casually in the FIL factory between 2024 and 2025, he was already familiar with the business and its products.

Holding a degree in Business Management from the University of Canterbury, Aidan was drawn to the opportunity to develop his skills in a new and exciting role. He's passionate about learning from those around him and is keen to make the most of his time at FIL by collaborating with colleagues, building relationships, and gaining experience across different areas of the business.

Outside of work, Aidan is a professional basketball player who captains New Zealand’s 3x3 team and coaches the New Zealand U23 Men’s 3x3 side. Unsurprisingly, much of his spare time is spent on the court!
