Craig Allen

As Corporate & Export Manager, Craig Allen brings 25+ years of hands-on industry experience and a lifelong connection to rural New Zealand. His passion for dairying and rural life began in his early teens, spending school holidays working on a local farm milking cows, helping with calves and cleaning troughs.

He holds a Diploma in Agricultural Engineering, which he completed while undertaking his apprenticeship as a milking machine fitter in Stratford. After qualifying, Craig moved into a fitter role with Alfa Laval New Zealand in central Taranaki. Over the years, he has built extensive experience across a range of roles, including DTS, Hynds Pipe Systems and Aggreko Generator Rentals.

In 2015, he joined FIL as Area Manager in the Taranaki region, where he spent a decade supporting local farmers before moving into his current role as Corporate & Export Manager.

Outside of work, Craig is a keen home cook, renowned among friends and family for his lamb roast. He enjoys keeping active, following rugby, and spending quality time with friends.
