Ellis Watson

Joining FIL in February 2026, Ellis Watson supports farmers across the Central Plateau, including Mangakino, Taumarunui, Taupō and Tūrangi.

Ellis joined FIL from Farmlands and brings a strong agricultural background, having grown up on her family farm in Taupō. Her practical farming experience and understanding of the rural sector fuel her passion for supporting farmers, as well as helping the industry thrive.

Outside of work, Ellis is an avid rugby player and proud member of the Bay of Plenty Volcanix women’s team.
