Erin Kerr

Erin joined FIL in May 2025 to lead marketing for the FIL and GEA FT brands while covering maternity leave. With a bachelor of Marketing and Public Relations from the University of Waikato, she brings a broad background across industries, now channelling that experience into the agri sector from her base in Mount Maunganui.

Passionate about strategy and storytelling, Erin’s focus is on creating clear, practical marketing that resonates with farmers nationwide.

Outside of work, she’s soaking up all the Mount has to offer with her partner and daughter, Bonnie.
