The Intelliblend is a robust and reliable mixing system for automating your teat spray routine.
No more manual mixing or guesswork
Drawing teat spray and emollient straight from the drum, the Intelliblend accurately mixes teat spray at set ratios of concentrate to water, eliminating product wastage and inconsistencies found with manual mixing. Automating your teat care routine also saves time and labour.
Achieve accuracy, every time
The unit will self-prime and prepare RTU teat spray on demand once switched on before milking. During periods where extra emollient is required, you can easily programme it to add an extra 5% or 10% emollient.
Alerts you when it’s time for a new drum
An alarm notifies staff when teat spray and emollient drum contents are running low, and again when the drum is empty. In the instance of running out, you will have enough RTU teat spray for one more milking.
Works with any teat spray system
Being a pressurised unit, the Intelliblend can be retrofitted into any system: wand, ambic, on-platform or walkover. It can also be used as a standalone unit.
