Within the GEA New Zealand business Campbell heads up the Farm Technologies Division. This encompasses two key operations: FIL Hygiene and GEA Dairy Equipment.
Passion for the agricultural industry really drives Campbell and he says that “It’s a true privilege to lead GEA Farm Technologies here in New Zealand – a company that proudly supports dairy farmers produce world-leading dairy products. I really value the important part we play in the industry”. His enthusiasm is well matched with his forward-thinking leadership style, business acumen and considerable commerce expertise.
Advocating FIL, Campbell says that “FIL’s role of helping farmers on-farm and supplying quality New Zealand made products with sound advice is something I am very proud of” and he is excited by the future of GEA dairy equipment and FIL hygiene collaboration.
Born and bred in the Waikato, and growing up on a sheep, beef and dairy grazing farm, Campbell still relishes the outdoor lifestyle. Married to Nicky and with three teen boys, they spend much of their spare time at Lake Taupo - fishing, mountain biking and playing golf. A keen BBQ chef, Campbell will also never shy away from “good glass of Pinot” too.
Prior to joining GEA in 2020, Campbell amassed over 25 years of experience in industry with roles at PGG Wrightson, Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) and Ballance Agri-Nutrients (to name a few). He holds a Bachelor of Agriculture majoring in Rural Valuation from Massey University.
